Our Aim

AUp is a not-for-profit with the aim of making the travel experience to Africa seamless by working to waive the visa requirements on Africa travel. Africa is the next big thing on the global agenda and AUp educates its members so as to provide members with the right posture on the continent. AUp is governed by board of directors and the members of the Executive Council.

AUp members have unique IDs that identify them as members. This unique security ID is called The Passport by its members. The executive council is a 162 member body made up of 3 reps (a person born in Africa and lives in Africa, an African born outside Africa and a person born in Africa who lived or lives outside Africa) per country. Every Executive Council representative is a AUp member.

AUp host events and activities to enhance the knowledge and experience of its members as it pertains to Africa.
